Tikajit Rai

Tikajit Rai has worked in development and commercial sectors for more than 16 years. In 2004, he co-founded Magnus, a social enterprise that promotes ICT in cooperatives of farming communities – Gold Winner of 2013 IPMA Achievement Award and Runner-Up of Green Project Management.


He has consulting experience with projects supported by the World Bank, UNESCAP, ADB, UNDP, Practical Action, GIZ, and CECI. Currently, he manages portfolio of higher education eLearning and digital transformation projects at Laureate Education Inc. He is a jury member of IPMA Achievement Award and assessor for IPMA Project Excellence Award.


He serves on the board of PMAN as president, APFPM as vice president, and PM4NGOs, the owner of PMD Pro & PgMD Pro for this contribution to revise Guides and certification, as a member.

Bimal Ghimire

Bimal Ghimire has managed complex projects and programs for more than twelve years in education, poverty reduction, child protection, community infrastructure, health and nutrition, WASH and peacebuilding.


He started his career in NGO and moved on to manage projects and programs at World Vision and Save the Children in Nepal. Currently he is Dy Program Manager at Department for International Development (UK Aid) in Nepal. He is a key member of PMAN.

Jagadish Bhattarai

Jagadish Bhattarai, FCA, FACCA, has over two decades of consulting practice on audit, tax and advisory. He specializes on IFRS and has developed financial guidelines and training for various clients across disciplines.

Suraj Dahal

Suraj Dahal is an active advocate of project and organizational excellence and has experience of sustaining change through projects, programs, and portfolios.


His career has traversed from leading NGO projects and NGOs to teaching and consulting. As a project management specialist, he enjoys working on challenging assignments with key development partners. He serves on the board of the national association in Nepal for IPMA.

Susanne Feldt

Susanne Feldt is a digital product designer based in Berlin who supports project teams to design the best user experience for their product and/or service. She finds a balance between desirability, viability, and feasibility.

As a design expert, she makes ideas tangible. In her work, she combines human-centered design methodologies (market & user research, rapid prototyping, testing), change practices (establishing a diverse team setup, internal processes, culture, and collaboration), and co-creation with Subject Matter Experts.

Pramila Shrestha

Pramila Shrestha has long experience of leading NGO administrative and communication teams on children and women rights. She enjoys working on socio-economic empowerment issues of women through cooperatives she’s co-founded with her associates.
