Swastika Shrestha is a development finance graduate with experience in finance, management, development, and research. She is excited about continuous learning and exploring new opportunities. She is thrilled to contribute in a global platform that fosters connections among practitioners, promotes collaboration and exchange of ideas. She is contributing to benchmark and enhance the practice of project, program, and portfolio management competencies. Her enthusiasm is supported by her previous experience as a content writer for the Accessibility Project at Open Learning Exchange Nepal.

Tikajit Rai has worked in development and commercial sectors for more than 16 years. In 2004, he co-founded Magnus, a social enterprise that promotes ICT in cooperatives of farming communities – Gold Winner of 2013 IPMA Achievement Award and Runner-Up of Green Project Management.

He has consulting experience with projects supported by the World Bank, UNESCAP, ADB, UNDP, Practical Action, GIZ, and CECI. Currently, he manages portfolio of higher education eLearning and digital transformation projects at Laureate Education Inc. He is a jury member of IPMA Achievement Award and assessor for IPMA Project Excellence Award.

He has served on the board of PMAN as president, APFPM as vice president, and PM4NGOs as a board member.
