Project management training to project managers

PM training to managers and team members of three Swisscontact projects was concluded in the first week of September 2023. The four-day training featured topics such as competence of a project manager, profession of project management, certification, project life cycle, triple constraints, excellence model, managing complexity, and practical exercises of tools and techniques that teams can apply to achieve project success. It was facilitated by three seasoned project, program and portfolio management practitioners from PMAN. Invitee resource persons (government counterpart of bilateral cooperations and well recognized development sector practitioner) shared their insights and perspectives on steering development projects and programs.
